PROVES Pulse waitlist — SlingshotEdge Ltd.
SlingshotEdge will respect any personal data you share with us, and will keep it safe. It is our aim to be clear when and how we collect your data, and to never do anything you wouldn't reasonably expect. This notice explains what we do with the information you provide when joining the PROVES Pulse waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the PROVES Pulse waitlist, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The exact consent statement you agreed to, and the time of signup
- Your IP address and browser user-agent (held as evidence of consent under UK GDPR)
How we use it
- To confirm your email address and add you to the early-access list.
- To send you updates about PROVES Pulse, including early-access invitations.
- To get in touch about your interest and answer questions.
- To keep a record of your consent for accountability.
We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties for their own marketing.
Sub-processors
To deliver this waitlist we use a small number of trusted technology providers who process your data on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts the database and serverless functions that store your waitlist details. Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Lovable — provides the hosting and build platform that serves this site. Lovable Privacy Policy.
Both providers act as data processors and may store data in the EU, the UK, or other jurisdictions covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).
Direct marketing
With your consent, we'll contact you to share PROVES Pulse news and early-access updates. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing info@slingshotedge.com.
How we keep your data safe
Access to waitlist data is restricted to authorised SlingshotEdge staff. Row-level security and service-role access controls are enforced in our database, and credentials are stored as encrypted secrets. We may disclose data if required by law, and otherwise only with your explicit consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@slingshotedge.com with proof of identity.
